(In attuazione della direttiva 2007/68/CE della Commissione, del 27 novembre 2007, che modifica l'allegato III-bis della direttiva 2000/13/CE del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio, per quanto concerne l'inclusione di alcuni ingredienti alimentari, all'Allegato 2 del decreto legislativo 27 Gennaio 1992, n. 109).
Le normative ad oggi in vigore richiedono la valutazione del rischio allergeni nelle attività di ristorazione.
